OK, here's a most scrumptious sparkling wine from South Australia. It's 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, and the pinot really shines through. Crisp and clean, with lovely strawberry and cream notes throughout. One of the best sparklers we've tasted in the past year, and it's a steal at $12.
